Beginners welcome!
We encourage beginners to join the band. Here you will receive instruction from our experienced members who have many years of playing, whether your interested is piping or drumming. Lessons will be once a week at no cost.
Pipers:
The band will provide the opportunity to experienced players who wish to improve their musicianship by focusing on sight reading, exercises to improve playing, writing of bagpipe music along with skills to tune drones and chanters.
Drummers:
Basic exercises, learning to read drum music scores, improve rudimentary skills and gain experience accompanying the pipes.
Highland Dancing:
Currently there is no one available to teach Highland Dancing however dancers are welcome.
